Mike & Anita's Big Lap Around Oz 3/12/2010.

Mike and Anita Pavey are avid four-wheel drive and camping enthusiasts, with their Tvan travel adventures popping up in an increasing number of four-wheel drive, recreation and camping publications. 2011 marks a monumental year for the pair who will embark on an epic adventure around Australia, surveying the coasts and exploring remote outback posts.

Combining work with pleasure, Mike and Anita will team up with Australia's leading Camper Trailer magazine, Camper Trailer Australia, and just quietly, I'm tipping we'll be seeing a lot more of them around the traps. In choosing their off-road camper, Mike said "the hardest decision we faced was whether to stay with the Tvan or upgrade to the Topaz.

While we looked at a few of the competitions' Crossover vans for comparative purposes, at the end of the day they were either too claustrophobic or looked as though they lacked true off-road integrity. With an ideal amount of living space, a compact footprint and retaining Track Trailer's benchmark off-road capability, the Topaz was a clear winner." Ron Moon takes delivery of his new Tvan Murranji. 29/11/2010.

This may come as little surprise to some, but today Ron & Viv Moon took delivery of their new Tvan Murranji. With a history of Track Trailer ownership & support, dating back almost 20years, this lovely couple have become famous around the campfire for their relentless touring, 4wding articles, guide books & cooking books. Ron & Viv have travelled Australia & the World in ways many of us dream. Their lengthy career continues as they take off next year to South America, and you guessed it with the Tvan Murranji in tow.

Yes that's right it's time for a new season of Pat Callian's 4x4 Adventures. This year Pat & his family toured through the Simpson Desert, up the back of Bourke and along the Diamantina National Park. All throughout this trip Pat Callinan was using, reviewing and thoroughly testing our Topaz & Tvan Murranji.

Track Trailer is proud to announce that the Tvan has done it again! That's right the Tvan has been awarded Off-Road Camper Trailer of the Year 2011 by Camper Trailer Australia Magazine. For two years running our fable Tvan has taken out its category in both the "hard floor" 2009-10 awards and price bracket "35-45K" 2011.

This year’s challenges involved 4 perfect days touring from Noosa, driving on the North shore, hanging out in Rainbow beach, then up Mt Buggery to Land Cruiser Park for some real 4x4 testing.

The judges took into account; Off road capabilities; Setup up configurations; Ease of setup & packup; Features; Price point; & general uniqueness in the approach to comfortable camping. If you want to read the Tvan article it will be on our site as of December the 23rd 2010.
